About the role:
CaaStle is adding an experienced Program Manager to our growing PMO to be responsible for the achievement of business objectives through the development and management of programs in partnership with business leaders.
This person supports several of CaaStle’s core business teams. These teams are distributed across our offices in USA (Mountain View CA, New York NY, Ohio, Phoenix) and India (New Delhi, Bangalore).
Location: New Delhi
Please note you will be expected to have overlap with ET and PT time zones in order to support projects that are led out of the NY and MV offices.
What you'll do:
Deliver strategic, cross-functional projects on time and on budget Manage a portfolio of projects in collaboration with project leads and business leaders throughout the program lifecycle Analyze business KPIs and processes to identify opportunities for optimization Design and implement end-to-end process improvement initiatives Establish process management and governance Champion and teach PMO best practices Collaborate with a diverse, global team of Program Managers Support broader PMO initiatives as needed Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvementWe'd love for you to have:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent MBA from a premier institute is a plus 3-5 years of Project Management, 2+ years of Program Management and 2+ years of Process Improvement including Process Design experience Experience working with e-com/retail/technology-based startups is a plus Experience working with business growth, technology and operations is preferredSkills
Must display strong leadership skills Ability to connect dots, abstract thinking and storytelling Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Experience leading progressively complex projects involving business and technology teams Proven change management skills Understanding of the interdependence between technology, operations and business needs Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, strong self-starter High comfort level with entrepreneurship; open to change, learning, and self-improvement Excellent relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills and uncompromised attention to detail Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Diagramming applications Flexible thinker, able to learn new approaches and apply them in unanticipated ways Accountable, Tenacious and Collaborative team playerAt CaaStle, we pioneered the clothing rental model and are now powering it for everyday apparel and accessories.
