RoleSummary: As a GrowthAssociate you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing newbusiness opportunities through innovative approaches drivingrevenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and analyzingcompetitor activities and market dynamics. Your role will involveassessing client needs providing assistance and information onproduct features and achieving individual and departmental salesgoals on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
KeyResponsibilities: 1. Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through creative approaches.2. Drive revenue growth through strategicsales initiatives. 3. Analyse competitoractivities and market dynamics. 4. Assessclient needs and provide assistance and information on productfeatures. 5. Follow and achieve individualand departmental sales goals on a monthly quarterly and yearlybasis. 6. Contact prospective clientsthrough various mediums such as social media coldcalling emailingor inperson meetings. 7. Maintain salesadministrative tasks including updating CRM systems.8. Build and maintain strong communicationand presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiatewith others.
Requirements: Fluency in Hindi English and Local Languageboth written and verbal. Bachelor s degreein Logistics or related field Priorexperience in sales including tele sales or offline/inperson salesaccount management in logistics/importexport or B2B sales andaccount management will be an add on
