SoulAce is one of the leading research and advisory firm operating in the CSR & Development Sector in the South Asian region, working with Corporates, NGOs, Government and Foundations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies in alignment with

the company& overall vision and goals.

o Lead strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive

landscape assessment, and long-term planning.

o Work closely with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic

initiatives.


2. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

o Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends,

opportunities, and threats.

o Evaluate potential markets, products, and business models to drive growth.

o Develop business cases for new opportunities, including financial projections

and risk assessments.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, product

development) to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.

o Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to support strategic

initiatives.

4. Project Management:

o Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.

o Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth

initiatives.


5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

o Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the

organization.

o Identify and implement best practices and new methodologies to drive growth

and efficiency.

o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact

the company's growth strategy.

6. Stakeholder Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external

stakeholders.

o Present strategic recommendations and progress reports to senior leadership

and the board of directors.

o Act as a liaison between the strategy team and other business units.


Qualifications:

o Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related

field.

 Experience- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or a related field.

o Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth

strategies.

o Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

 Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

o Strong leadership and people management skills.
