Handle inbound customer inquiriesvia phone email and chat offering expert guidance on deviceselection usage andtroubleshooting.
Proactivelyengage with potential customers to promote medical deviceshighlighting their benefits and features tailored to specifichealthcare needs.
Maintainaccurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesusing CRM software ensuring timely followup and nurturing ofleads.
Collaborate closely withthe sales team to identify opportunities for introducing medicaldevices into new markets or expanding within existingaccounts.
Demonstrate proficiencyin explaining the technical specifications and functionality ofmedical devices addressing any concerns or questions fromhealthcare professionals andendusers.
Resolve technical issuesand provide troubleshooting assistance for medical devicesprioritizing rapid resolution to minimizedowntime.
Stay informed aboutindustry trends regulatory requirements and advancements in medicaltechnology related to ECG ABPM Holter monitors and SleepTests.
Achieve or exceed salestargets and KPIs including customer satisfaction metrics andrevenue objectives within the medical devicessegment.
Continuously enhanceknowledge of medical devices including attending training sessionsparticipating in product demonstrations and selfdirected learninginitiatives to maintain expertise in the servicefield.
RequirementsExcellentCommunication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicateeffectively and professionally with customers via phone email andchat providing clear and concise information regarding medicaldevices such as ECG ABPM Holter monitors and Sleep Tests.
Minimum 3 Years of Experience inInside Sales: Proven track record in inside sales with at leastthree years of experience in a similar role preferably within thehealthcare or medical devicesindustry.
Minimum Graduate: Allapplicants must have at least a bachelor's degree withpreference given to candidates with additional qualifications orcertifications related to healthcare orsales.
ExcellentCommunication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicateeffectively and professionally with customers via phone, email, andchat, providing clear and concise information regarding medicaldevices such as ECG, ABPM, Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests.Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Inside Sales: Proven track recordin inside sales, with at least three years of experience in asimilar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical devicesindustry. Minimum Graduate: All applicants must have at least abachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates withadditional qualifications or certifications related to healthcareor sales.
