**Job Role: ERP Inside Sales Executive**
- **Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.**
**Experience in CRM or ERP sales is must with excellent communication skills.**
- Training, educating and supervising members of the inside sales team on effectively answering & resolving customer questions/complaints.
- Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales forcasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
- Regularly evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine the performance of the inside sales team whether they are effective in generating sales.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
- Sound organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Excellent English communication verbal and Written.**
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn usage.
- Creativity and time-management abilities.
- Should be good in Lead generation. Experience / Qualification
**Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager Work Schedule**
- **Monday to Friday with 1 stand 3rd Saturday working.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
