Invisalign India Marketing is conducting General dentist recruitment activities through various channels with help of digital agencies , email campaigns, social media outreach, networking events, and industry conferences . Role of the lead generation associate would be primarily to reach out to these leads ,plan nurturing journey for them till they become Invisalign provider . As part of nurturing journey , lead generation associate would be act as an clinical consultant for the leads , address to clinical queries , support doctors in screening the cases , evaluate the cases , educate on invisalign superiority and lastly sell the value behind becoming a provider by content engagement , building relationships guiding Drs through the lead funnel of Interested to Invisalign provider. In this role, you will… These interested potential leads would be serviced by “Lead generation associate “ through below efforts Nurturing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy to engage potential doctors for 3-4 months until they are ready to get onboarded with 1 Invisalign prospect. This includes creating personalized communications/webinars /virtual connect with Drs and providing content tailored to different stages of the doctor prospect journey. Solution provider : Actively identify the barriers at each step of lead journey and step as a solution provider be in form of effective communication , seeking support from right stake holders within the team , educational webinar or any other intervention as per the needs identified Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads by providing valuable information, addressing their clinical concerns, and understanding their needs and pain points. This involves regular communication via email, phone calls, and online meetings. Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with qualified leads, insights, and resources needed to further accelerate the doctors journey and engagement. Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to maximize lead conversion rates. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales to align lead nurturing efforts with broader business goals and strategies. Key performance Indicator / Target: There will be KPI in terms of daily calls average as well as % conversion of leads pool which would be regularly monitored.
