Primary Responsibilities:

Act as an Execution lead closely partnering with the Program teams, Technical Leads, Architects & Business Owner to guide investmentFacilitate coordination and dependency alignment within the work streams or between the workstream and other Scrum TeamsProvide leadership and direction to the program teams on agile practices - optimize the overall software development lifecycleWork stream impediment removalMaintain relevant metrics that increases transparency and informs adaptive decision makingLead overall technology delivery to successful completion, operating within scope, budget, and schedule commitmentsEstablish and continuously improve an efficient delivery ecosystem while maintaining required governance processesCommunication and engagement at multiple levels with both internal and external stakeholdersEnsure overall product strategy and Roadmap are executedDrive the budget at scrum team/product and program levelComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Program, Project, Product or IT experience5+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects3+ years of leading / managing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare experienceExperience with agile management tools (i.e., Rally)Experience with financial acumen with experience managing budgets exceeding $5M or moreSolid understanding of Scaled Agile FrameworkProven excellent communication skills in written and spoken formProven excellent speaking, facilitating and resolution skills
