**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
- Manage and prioritize the Principal’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure the Principal is fully briefed ahead of engagements.**Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare expense reports and ensure all travel-related documentation is in order.**Communication Management**:
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, memos, and reports as required.
- Act as a liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.**Project Coordination**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including researching, gathering data, and providing insights.
- Track and follow up on project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.**Office Management**:
- Oversee and maintain the Principal’s office, ensuring all systems, documents, and supplies are organized.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases as needed.**Event Planning**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, both internal and external.
- Handle logistics, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.**Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Anticipate the needs of the Principal and act as a trusted partner in managing personal and professional tasks
