For more information, please visit: Job Description The role would involve channel partner acquisition and account management in Bangalore. Build a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and develop partnerships with them  Regularly visiting the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network  Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners  Ensure the highest level of quality in leads – a high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction  Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests  Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct Job Requirement At least Graduation or Similar  1-2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike  Two-wheeler with a valid license  Conversant in Kannada, Telugu, English and Hindi Highly motivated individual who is target-driven   Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability
