Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at ConsultHagnos, a leading Staffing Services & Consulting company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good fluency in English
- Graduate
- Proven experience as a customer support representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with tele sales, field sales, or customer care is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer support experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
