About the Role

This Position will be responsible for MIS, Invoice processing for payments, initiating MDM, MDG, initiating PR, invoice validation, GRN process, issuing PO, Vendor coordination, coordinating with procurement team in issuing SOW, MPA to external vendors, handling adminhelpdesk, vendor payments, Payment tracking, Vendor compliance, asset capitalization data, Front office operations, cross function coordination etc.,

Your Team

This position will report into Senior Manager-Administration & Facilities, at present 2 people directly reporting.

What You Will Do

Facilities, medium impact, this position does make significant impact towards business operations, impact degree is high, This position is more of a Local role, within the state or the country. Data Analysis, Strategic planning, MIS, business continuity, upkeeping of facility operations.  Data maintained and MIS makes significant impact on larger decisions and on-time compliance leads to seamless operations. Supervisory level, Finance background, administrative skills, data analysis, people connect etc. Change orientation, Collaboration.

What You Need

6+ years of experience into Facilities MIS and Backoffice. Bachelors/ Master’s Degree. MS office, SAP, ARIBA, VIM, Tally etc.

What is Nice to Have

Basics of SAP, ARIBA, Finance background, certification in accounting is added advantage. Any Degree with basics of Facilities, Finance, accounting, with basic computer skills.

Primarily not needed, very rarely may need to travel Should be willing to work on a hybrid model
