We are currently hiring for an **"Administrative Associate" for **Indiranagar Bangalore Location.
**Experience : Min 2 years as Office Admin.**
**Work from Office.**
**6 days working.**
**Note : Should be Available for Face to Face Interviews.**
**JD**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.**
- **Track and maintain inventory of office assets.**
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
- Manage petty cash, including disbursing and reconciling funds.
- Coordinating with the accounting team to process cheques and other financial transactions.
- Maintain records and files, including electronic and paper filing systems.
- **Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate payment records**
- **Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.**
- **Coordinate with vendors for facility management tasks such as housekeeping, cafeteria**, security, and waste disposal.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors as needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as copiers, printers, and scanners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
