Whatthis job involves
As a RealEstate Broker you will play a pivotal role in facilitating propertytransactions representing clients in buying selling and leasingreal estate. Your primary responsibilities include managing clientrelationships staying current on market trends negotiating dealsand ensuring legal compliance throughout the real estate process.The role demands a combination of interpersonal skills marketknowledge and business acumen to successfully navigate thecomplexities of the real estateindustry.

Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptionalcustomer service and ensuring their needs aremet.Identify potential clients and marketsthrough research networking and other means and develop targetedstrategies to approach them.Provide expertadvice on market conditions pricing and propertyvalues.Develop and implement effectivemarketing strategies to promote properties for sale orlease.Create compelling property listingsincluding photographs and detaileddescriptions.Stay abreast of local realestate market trends pricing and competitivelandscape.Analyse property values and assessmarket conditions to provide accurate advice toclients.Negotiate property transactions onbehalf of clients to achieve favourable terms andconditions.Mediate between buyers andsellers to facilitate smooth and mutually beneficialdeals.Ensure all transactions comply withregulations.Review and prepare necessaryengagement documentation contracts.Build andmaintain a strong network of industrycontacts.Attend networking events and stayinformed about industry trends.Organizingproperty inspections with client andlandlordsProvide guidance and support toclients throughout the transaction process.Representing the organization in different forums as and whennecessaryConduct market research andanalysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks anddevelop strategies to capitalize onthem.Provide regular reports and updates tosenior management on business development activities includingsales pipeline client relationships and revenuegrowth.
To applyMust to have:
Experiencein sales across Industrial and Warehousing clusters in Mumbairegion.Preferred client servicing experiencein an IPC with existing relationships of Industrial and Logisticsclients and partner networkExcellentCommunication Skills along; Body Language written &verbal.Experience in Industrial andWarehousing Real Estate transactions. Must have relevant experiencein running the transactionendtoend.
