JobOverview:

Asa Packaging Artwork Designer you will play a crucial role increating effective packaging designs for our products. Working withthe Creative team you will contribute to the overall visualidentity of our brand through impactful packaging artwork. Theideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics a keen eyefor detail and the ability to translate brand guidelines intocompelling packagingdesigns.

KeyResponsibilities
1.PackagingDesign:
  • Developvisually appealing packaging designs that align with the brandsidentity and effectively communicate productfeatures.
  • Ensurepackaging artwork meets regulatory requirements productspecifications and industrystandards.
2.ArtworkProduction:
  • Prepareand finalize printready artwork files for packaging materialsconsidering color accuracy layout and printspecifications.
  • Collaboratewith suppliers and printers to ensure the quality and integrity ofthe final printedpackaging.
3.BrandConsistency:
  • Maintainconsistency in packaging artwork across product lines ensuringalignment with established brandguidelines.
  • Collaboratewith the design team to integrate brand elements seamlessly intopackagingdesigns.
4.QualityControl:
  • Conductthorough reviews of packaging proofs and prototypes to identify andaddress any issues ordiscrepancies.
  • Ensurethat the final packaging accurately represents the approved designand meets qualitystandards.
5.Adaptability andFlexibility:
  • Embraceflexibility in adapting layouts and designs based on templatesfeedbacks evolving project requirements and emergingtrends.
Qualifications:
  • Provenexperience as a Packaging Artwork Designer or a similarrole.
  • Strongportfolio showcasing packaging design projects and print productionskills.
  • Proficiencyin industrystandard design software suchas
AdobeIllustrator Corel Draw (Optional)
Adobe InDesign Adobe Dimension(Optional)
ArtiosCAD
  • Knowledgeof print processes materials and packagingregulations.
  • Excellentattention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Strongorganizational and timemanagementskills.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Strongunderstanding of design principles layout andtypography.
  • Excellentcommunication skills in English both written andverbal.
Education:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Packaging Design or a related field ispreferred.

  • Exhibitelevated levels of professionalism discipline and respectfulcommunication towards the management and fellow team membersfostering a collaborative & harmonious working relationshipwithin the broaderteam.
