JobDescription:

We are seeking anexperienced Senior Production Executive to lead our CosmeticProduction Department. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in cosmetic manufacturing processes excellent leadershipskills and a commitment to delivering highqualityproducts.

Responsibilities:

StrategicPlanning: Develop and execute production strategies specific to thecosmetic industry considering market trends customer demands andregulatoryrequirements.

TeamLeadership: Provide effective leadership to the cosmetic productionteam including supervisors technicians and quality controlpersonnel. Foster a culture of excellence collaboration andcontinuousimprovement.

ProductionOversight: Oversee all aspects of cosmetic production includingformulation compounding filling packaging and labeling. Ensure thatproduction schedules are met while maintaining quality standardsandefficiency.

QualityAssurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality controlmeasures throughout the production process to ensure compliancewith industry regulations and standards. Address any quality issuespromptly and implement correctiveactions.

RegulatoryCompliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements related tocosmetic manufacturing including FDA regulations GMP guidelines andingredient restrictions. Ensure that production processes adhere toall relevant regulations andstandards.

ResourceManagement: Efficiently manage resources including raw materialsequipment and personnel to optimize production efficiency andminimize waste. Develop and monitor production budgets to controlcostseffectively.

ContinuousImprovement: Identify opportunities for process optimizationautomation and efficiency improvements within the cosmeticproduction department. Lead initiatives to implement best practicesand innovativesolutions.

DocumentManagement:

Maintaina comprehensive database of all documents related to productformulations quality control protocols and manufacturingprocedures.

Organizedocuments in accordance with established filing systems to ensureeasy access andretrieval.

Regularlyreview documents for accuracy completeness and compliance withregulatoryrequirements.

Requirements:

Bachelorsdegree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry or a related field.Advanced degreepreferred.

Minimumof 7 years of experience in cosmetic production management with atleast 3 years in a senior leadershiprole.

Thoroughunderstanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes includingformulation compounding filling andpackaging.

Knowledgeof regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to thecosmetic industry such as FDA regulations and GMPguidelines.

Strongleadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate andinspire crossfunctionalteams.

Excellentproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail.

Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.

Ability tothrive in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.

Experience with ERP systems andproduction planning software is a plus.
