We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNowDeveloper. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years ofhandson experience in ServiceNow development with deep expertise inIT Operations Management (ITOM). This role will require extensivework in Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management to ensurethe reliability and performance of our ITinfrastructure.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadthe design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutionswith a focus onITOM.
  • Utilizeindepth knowledge of ITOM including Discovery Service Mapping andEvent Management to enhance the organizations IToperations.
  • Developconfigure and maintain ServiceNow modules ensuring seamlessintegration and optimalperformance.
  • Workclosely with IT teams business stakeholders and other developers togather requirements and deliver customizedsolutions.
  • Implementbest practices for ServiceNow development ensuring code qualityscalability andsecurity.
  • Diagnoseand resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform providing timelysupport andupdates.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and automation within theITOM space and other relatedareas.
  • Createand maintain detailed technical documentation for all ServiceNowdevelopments andconfigurations.


Requirements
  • Minimumof 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strongfocus onITOM.
  • Provenexpertise in ITOM particularly in Discovery Service Mapping andEventManagement.
  • ServiceNowCertified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist(ITOM)preferred.
  • Proficientin JavaScript Glide and other relevant programminglanguages.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to workindependently and in a teamenvironment.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to conveycomplex technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with astrong focus on ITOM. Proven expertise in ITOM, particularly inDiscovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. ServiceNowCertified Application Developer, Certified ImplementationSpecialist (ITOM) preferred. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, andother relevant programming languages. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently andin a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
