About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, reports, and dashboards, to automate and streamline IT processes.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow technology.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

- Work closely with other team members, including architects, analysts, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts), workflows, and reporting.

- Have development experience on ServiceNow app Engine.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
