About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at Cordelia Technology. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, reports, and dashboards, to automate and streamline IT processes.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow technology.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
  • Work closely with other team members, including architects, analysts, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts), workflows, and reporting.
  • Have development experience on ServiceNow app Engine.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
