As Manager- Training & Development, you will be part of the HDBU organisation and will report to Lead- Operational Excellence
The purpose of your role will be for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for the dealership network selling H-D products. Ensuring the dealer teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to provide exceptional customer service and representing the brand values.
To facilitate identification and screening of dealership teams and develop tools for hiring.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. To enhance product knowledge, develop skills of the dealer network
2. Encourage a supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, experience sharing and utilizing a variety of hands on, and instructor based training methods
3. Facilitate Training Nominations & Training Calendar execution
4. To maintain the suitability and cleanliness of the training and Academy environment including vehicles and training aids
5. Deliver all Non-Technical H-D University courses to dealers and field teams

Academic Qualification & Experience

- BE/MBA or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Training, Network Development

Technical Skills/Knowledge
