Summary


Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, guiding the team through the development lifecycle, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, hands-on coding experience, and strong leadership skills to mentor and manage a technical team effectively. Critical role leading a team of engineers and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  2. Define the technical roadmap and architecture for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  4. Conduct code reviews to ensure that coding standards, best practices, and security protocols are followed.
  5. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges as they arise.
  6. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in software delivery.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
  8. Introduce new technologies and tools that can enhance team productivity and product quality.
  9. Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.


Skills


  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ Google Cloud). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  2. Strong proficiency in [Android,Java, Python, JavaScript] and related technologies.
  3. Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
  4. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
