Overview:Truwwis seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead oursales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a SalesManager you will be responsible for hiring training and managing ateam of sales individuals while also coordinating with designleaders and designers to ensure a seamless client experience. Yourprimary focus will be on driving sales growth maintaining highstandards of customer satisfaction and fostering a culture ofexcellence within the salesunit.KeyResponsibilities:
  • TeamLeadership:
  • Recruit onboard train and manage ahighperforming team of salesindividuals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching mentoringand feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills andperformance.
  • Foster a positive andcollaborative work environment that encourages teamwork creativityand continuous improvement.
  • SalesManagement:
  • Develop and implement salesstrategies to achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets.
  • Monitor sales activities pipelines andperformance metrics to identify areas for improvement and driveresults.
  • Lead by example by actively engagingin sales activities and maintaining a personal salesquota.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborateclosely with design leaders and designers to ensure alignmentbetween sales efforts and designcapabilities.
  • Coordinate with other departmentssuch as marketing and customer support to optimise the clientexperience and drive customersatisfaction.
  • SalesPlanning:
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans andforecasts in alignment with companyobjectives.
  • Analyse market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to identify opportunities forgrowth and innovation.
  • ClientExperience:
  • Ensure a consistently high level ofcustomer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and supportthroughout the sales process.
  • Address customerinquiries concerns and escalations in a timely and professionalmanner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field(preferred).
  • Proven track record of success insales management with at least 5 years of experience in a similarrole.
  • Strong leadership skills with the abilityto inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Experience in the design industry orrelated field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in salesmanagement software and CRMsystems.
