Position Summary :

The Oracle HR & Sales Team Lead  will be responsible for maintaining a team of Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle HCM applications specialist. He/She will be the driving systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of team activities in order to target and improve system support provided to business users.

 

Key Duties
  • Align with various stakeholders on goals and strategies, so to effectively manage the team and the  implementation and deployment Oracle CX Cloud and HCM Integrations that satisfy Vertiv Business Organization and improve business objectives
  • Maintain the various process documentation and prioritize tasks to ensure the team meets deadlines and leadership satisfaction
  • Data management and collection for reporting development, regarding team and system performance and  satisfaction
  • Ensure all administrative and management activities , performance reviews and coordination
  • Provide effective guidance, supervising, managing and motivating team members.
  • Asses  training needs and provide coaching, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals 
  • Lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents 
  • Generate and maintain documentation for processes  
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront
  • Escalate issues and requests to vendor or implementation partner and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.
  • Conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in various systems

 

School Background / Working Seniority

  • 2-3 years experience in a team lead role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • International experience 
  • Experience in an international System Integrator company is a plus

 

Basic Skills

  • Strong English language skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
  • Work intake assessment, resource prioritization, delivery targets and strategy 

 

Technical / Functional skills

  • Exposure to Oracle Sales Cloud platform, Oracle cloud CX (Sales and Service), other CRMs, Oracle ERP systems 
  • Experience maintaining Functional Requirement Documentation
  • Excellent Leadership and Teamwork skills
  • Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential
  • Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations 
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 is preferred
