The position holderwill be responsible to drive the sales and manage Key accounts(Modern Trade) sale across Hyper doors across the state.

ExperienceRequirements

Experience inhandling a minimum team of 25 front end sales staff(CCA/Promoters).
Candidate from Consumer DurableFootwear Plastics Stationary Luggage Watch PerfumesCrockery/utensils.

5 years of workingexperience in handling hyper channels such as DMart Big BazaarAditya Birla Metro Cash & Carry etc or Department Chains suchas Shoppers Stop Lifestyle Central etc.

Mobility/Travel
Extensive travel across the assigned region.

ComputerSkills
MS Office

Language

Excellent spoken and written English Hindi and LocalLanguage

MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10items)

Operationmanagement

Develop and manage theright product mix for their respective doors. Make recommendationsbased on monthly forecasts and marketing informationanalysis.

Inventory planning to ensure theavailability of right stocks within the parametersspecified.

Ensure VM guidelines are adhered toat the stores.

To ensure effective deploymentof staff at Hyper/Dept doors within cost parameters.

Train front end sales staff.

Facilitate and coordinate for internal training of the frontendsales staff.

Handle staff grievances.

Maintain & develop relations with Departmental/StoreManagers

Resolve store operationalqueries.

Improve Brand Visibility in the storethrough Visuals and additional display space at prominentlocations.

Identify prospective businessopportunity like Atrium Sales Mall Promotions

Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume andpotential sales for various sales doors.

Competition analysis and feedback to the marketing team on aregular basis

Administration

Ensure adherences of all statutory matters at the store andcoordinate with the statutory bodies for any disparitiesarising.

Assist HR in the onboarding activitiesand full & final clearance of the frontend staff.

Maintain and regularize monthly attendance of thefrontend staff within stipulated time.

Inductnew joinees about organisation policy & overview at the branchlevel.
