Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and engaging speaker to lead our events. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, loud, and authoritative, with expertise in crowd-work. Knowledge about studying abroad is highly preferable. The speaker will play a key role in delivering impactful and motivational sessions to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Lead and deliver presentations at Yocket events, ensuring the content is informative, motivating, and engaging for the audience.

  • Crowd Interaction: Utilize crowd-work techniques to maintain audience engagement, address questions, and foster an interactive environment.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with the Yocket team to develop and refine presentation content, ensuring it aligns with the interests and needs of our audience.

  • Expert Knowledge: Provide insights and knowledge about studying abroad, sharing personal experiences and practical advice.

  • Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from the audience and incorporate it into future presentations to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the sessions.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a loud, clear, and authoritative speaking style.

  • Crowd-Work Expertise: Proven experience in engaging and managing large crowds, with a knack for keeping the audience involved and interested.

  • Knowledge of Study Abroad: Understanding of the study abroad process, including application procedures, scholarships, visa requirements, and cultural adaptation.

  • Experience in Public Speaking: Previous experience as a speaker, host, or presenter at events, workshops, or webinars.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt content and delivery style based on audience feedback and event objectives.
