Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Million IQ Solutions. As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and promoting our range of products and services. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. The role is based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven 7 to 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of agency relationship management, agency marketing, and direct marketing
- Experience in life insurance sales leadership is Must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Promote and sell our range of products and services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and business performance
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills
