Problem:The$50 billion agriinputs industry faces significant challenges due tofragmented diversified and seasonal demand. Traditionalbrickandmortar supply chains have limited product variety maintainexcessive inventory require high working capital and are unable tomeet farmers needs in a timely manner. Over 40000 MSME agriinputmanufacturers rely on these inefficient datadark supply chainsnegatively impacting theirprofitability.

Solution:Whilethe ideal solution would be direct delivery from manufacturers tofarmers similar to how platforms like Swiggy and Zomato operate thecosts are prohibitive. Additionally farmers often need localfarming advice which makes direct deliveryimpractical.

AtAgrim we are building a justintime supply platform for local shopsthat farmers trust. These stores gain access to 30000 productsthrough our platform offering far more variety than traditionaloptions.

Byleveraging technology we maintain an assetlight model keep costslow and ensure that we can reach even the most remote areas of thecountry. Our focus is on continuous improvement allowing us to growsteadily and capitalize on compounding overtime.

RequirementsWeare looking for a handson engineering leader with 8 years ofexperience in solving complex workflow challenges inecommerce.

  • Abilityto collaborate with freelancers and other external resources asneeded
