International Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Promotea work culture in line with the company ethos philosophy andbusiness needs Responsibilities
- Responsible forsetting up the business and driving revenue targets for the companyin Africa.
- Generating new leads from thehealthcare industry such as hospitals nursing homesetc.
- Building a pipeline to build the businessand monitor and track the full sales funnel to ensure closure on atimely basis.
- Explore various channels to buildthe sales pipeline that may also include onboarding and developingchannel partners.
- Closing new business deals bycoordinating requirements developing and negotiating contractsintegrating contract requirements with businessoperations.
- Develop an understanding of anycultural or legal differences in the market and often traveloverseas to make sales.
- Building professionalrelationships with all the stakeholders by conducting engagementactivities.
Requirements
- 810years of experience in International sales of Medical devices SaaSor software solutions
- Prior experience oflaunching and expanding sales in Africa/Middle East ismandatory
- Familiar with the cultural and Legalsettings as pertaining to sales
- High businessacumen and execution excellence
- Extensiveunderstanding of sales techniques and the ability to develop andmaintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Open to travel internationally especiallyAfrica.
- Strong communication skills bothwritten and oral
