ARUNODAYA PRINT PACK PRIVATE LIMITED, a leading printing company in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relations Manager to join our team. As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues that arise, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and production, to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction, sales metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 Years of experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role in the printing industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and techniques is a plus.
