You will be responsiblefor:
  • Will manage team of 67 Manager onrole
  • Employee Advisors and financial consultant
  • Act as a mentor coach for the team to driveBusiness/Sales Targets
  • Focusing on advisor andFC retention.
  • Focus on Customerretention.
  • Generate sales leads throughFinancial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross sellingof product mix
  • Bring in best practices tooffer excellent experience while onboarding customers.
  • Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve salestargets
  • Responsible for branchunit.
  • Provide inthefield support to directreports by joining them on calls and providing coaching andfeedback based on performance
