Asan IoT Technical Support Engineer youll work on advancedtechnologies such as IoT LoRaWAN and other related technologies. Ifyou are interested in working in a fastpaced environment and have abackground in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering thenyoull love thisrole.
Inthis role the learning curve would be exponential. You will gain adeeper knowledge of IoT/LoRaWAN technologies including hardwaresoftware and networking concepts. In your role as an IoT TechnicalSupport Engineer you are responsible for ensuring that customersget the most value from their IoT solutions. With an expert teamyou will assist international clients with product usageapplication development and troubleshooting of largescale IoTdeployments and ensure high availability of AWShosted IoT services.Throughout you will gain a deeper understanding of endtoendIoT/LoRaWAN technologies including software networking &communicationconcepts.
Thereare no distinct borders between the areas so you need to beflexible and master more than one. Maintaining your competency andskills is expected of you. All the necessary training and supportwill be provided to you so that you can succeed. By participatingactively you will be able to make a meaningful contribution to ourorganization.

Workwith LoRaWAN technology The ThingsStackProvidingassistance with largescale IoT deployments application developmentand troubleshooting to internationalclientsPerform Rootcause analysis identify potential issues and coordinate with theengineering team to resolvethemEnsure highavailability of IoT services hosted on AWS infrastructure as afirst responder on a rotationalbasisCurate productfeedback to improve the productexperienceCollaboratewith crossfunctional teams (engineering and business teams) toensure customer needs are beingmet.Meet monthlygoals of CSAT and ProductivityKPIs.What are welookingfor
