CoreResponsibilities:

  • Planschedule manage and monitor projects to ensure that the quality ofproject implementation follows company standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategy for theproject team including developing a robust risk mitigation plan
  • Improve and innovate operational standards andensure that all policy and procedures are followed at all levelsand understand how different projects interlink and overlap.
  • Prepare reports DPRs and deliverables as perclient and administration requirements.
  • Analyze relevant data to make businessrecommendations that resulted in market growth quality andreliability improvements and contractor access / performanceincreases.
  • Update on a regular basis a trackerof Recitys performance scores analyze the data and facilitate aprocess to distil and communicate emerging lessons to relevantparts of the organization via inperson and/ or oncall meetings.
  • Working with the HR team to manage staff andresources for projects.
  • Liaising with theother business units teams to streamline project implementation.
  • Managing budgets and reporting on fundallocation
  • Prepare tenders and grantapplication process including design submission and review.
  • Reporting on projects performance to clientand directors
  • Developing industry partnershipsand collaborations to further project efficiency
  • Train project team/s to high quality standardsto ensure knowledge to increase the productivity of thecompany.5

Education andExperience:

  • Masters degreein a discipline from the development sector (Social Work UrbanPlanning Design Thinking etc.)
  • Equivalentexperience in the said sector after a bachelors degree (from anybackground)
  • 5 Years in Development ConsultancyCSR projects or allied sectors and in governmentliasoning
