**Responsibilities**:
Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall administration of the school.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.

Develop and implement innovative educational programs to enhance student engagement and academic performance.

Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and maintain the highest standards of education.

Nurture strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to promote the school's reputation and engagement.

Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods, curriculum, and assessments.

Foster a safe and conducive learning environment that promotes the overall well-being of students.

Oversee the school's financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Collaborate with the school management committee, governing bodies, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

**Requirements**:
A visionary leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school.

A strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, examination processes, and related policies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate the school community.

Proven track record of driving academic excellence and implementing innovative teaching methodologies.

Sound knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the teaching-learning process.

Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community.

Adept at managing the administrative and financial aspects of the school effectively.

A deep commitment to the holistic development of students, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and physical growth.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Education or a related field.

B.Ed. degree or equivalent.

Must have cleared the CBSE Principals' Eligibility Test (PET).

Additional certifications or training related to educational leadership will be an advantage.
