**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership in setting the educational vision and goals for the school.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure academic excellence.
- Manage and mentor a team of dedicated teachers and staff members.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement and success.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the community to build strong partnerships.
- Implement effective discipline and behaviour management strategies.
- Manage the school budget and resources efficiently to support educational programs.
- Monitor student performance data and implement interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards.
- Lead crisis management and emergency response procedures.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Act as a spokesperson for the school to represent its values and achievements.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D./ Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience.
- Leadership experience, preferably as a vice-principal or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, educational laws, regulations, and standards.

**Experience: 12-15 years as Teacher/HOD/Coordinator/Vice-Principal/Curriculam Leader**

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mathura, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
