RoleBrief

The intern will work withthe Talent Acquisition team extending support in sourcing screeningfacilitating/strengthening the candidate experience. This role is avery unique positioned role at Ground Zero

Responsibilities

  • SourcingCandidates
    • Exploring and managing the jobboards to source candidates
    • Building strategiesimplementing them to find more aligned candidates and building atalent pipeline
  • Screening Candidates
    • Understanding needs screening rightcandidates
    • Conduct the scoping calls
    • Schedule the interviews with hiring manager
    • Coordinate and ensure a smooth communicationwith candidate
  • Facilitating the hiringprocess
    • Ensuring the smooth coordinationscheduling interviews with partnernonprofits
    • Managing and ensuring the updatesare synced with the recruitment portal
    • Coordinate for assignment background check etc
  • Data Analysis
    • Understandingtrends taking right measures
    • Detailing out theprocess weekly updates for partners and sharing weekly/monthlyupdates/reports to partners on hiringsupports

Skills andQualifications

    • We dont require you to hold an HRdegree or a premier degree; we seek someone who can take ownershipof the work and is a problem solver skilled in negotiation and hasan understanding of the developmentsector.
    • Very good communicationskills
    • Selfstarter proactive in findingsolutions and resultoriented.
    • Stronginterpersonal networking and collaborationskills.
    • Effective time management skills with aproven track record of executing projects in a timely manner andachieving results onschedule.
    • Effective at developingideas and strategies during strategic planningmeetings.
    • Ability to quickly buildrelationships and influence others withoutauthority.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Technology skills aremandatory as we are a techfirst organization with familiarity inusing computer and webbased applications (gsuiteexcel)
