Job Title: HR Intern

Experience Required: 0-1 (freshers and recent graduates can also apply)

Job Location: Dehradun, Uttrakhand

Internship Duration: 3 months ( This will be a paid Internship & the possibility of conversion to a full-time employee will be based on your performance and efforts during the Internship )

Here's the role description:

  • Sourcing and Screening candidate profiles from various Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals to understand the company's processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Preparing and maintaining employee records, reporting sheets, and other documentation.
  • Assisting in drafting HR-related communications and announcements.
  • Responding to HR-related inquiries from employees.
  • Assisting in research, analysis, and problem-solving as needed.
  • Compiling and managing payroll data, including leave records, working hours, and other important documents.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Monitoring employee progress and staying abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Proficient using MS Office.
  • Must have completed his/her Graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Coachable and open to learning.
