We seek aPassionate Ethical & HardWorking Relationship Manager at NorthStar. A junior relationship managers responsibilities includebuilding and maintaining relationships with Existing clients andhelping to generate new business:

1. Building relationships Ajunior relationship managers responsibilities include establishingand maintaining positive relationships with clients. They can dothis by providing exceptional customer service listening to clientsneeds and addressing their concerns. Mee ng with the clients onregular intervals and taking note of their requirements andoffering proper guidance.

2.Generating new business A junior relationshipmanager can help generate new business by crossselling andupselling. They can also identify potential opportunities andinform the sales team to follow up. Creative minds on finding newopportunities to meet new people are the key to long termsuccess.

3. Onboarding new clientsA junior relationship manager can handle theonboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.Assisting Service Manager & Providing all the necessary supportfor onboarding and post procedures.

4. Addressing client issues:A junior relationship manager can promptly and effectively addressclient issues by coordinating with internal teams Service Managerand concern person as per the timeline. Updating the Status of theTransactions and timely follow ups with the client & internalteams/External Teams in case of any issues.

5. Conducting surveys & Feedbacks:A junior relationship manager can conduct customersatisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving clientsatisfaction. Analysing the feedback and desire to improve.

Passion to Spread Financial Awareness &working on common organisation goal is preferred.

Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintainpositive relationship with customers and internalstakeholders.

Passion to drive the business andmeeting existing clients and prospects.

Client1st attitude

Ability to change. Learn Unlearn& Relearn.

Desire to spread the importanceof Financial Awareness.

Efficiency on MS ExcelMS Word MS Power Point Google Slides /Sheets are preferred.
