AboutClient: Our client was established with a singularfocus on resetting healthcare benchmarks throughDigital Therapeutics (DTx). They havelaunched Indias first Holistic Heart Care programme for cardiacpatients. Their offering comprises of FDAapproved devices user friendly mobile app and dedicated coaches andcare manager who help cardiologists managetheir patients better and deliver superior outcomes such asimprovement in vitals and reduced chances ofhospital readmission.
Whatyou drive:
- Endtoendownership of business outcomes for the product in your city/region.
- Lead a team of Area Managers andPatient Counsellors who will generate business from Cardiologistsand patient leads.
- Develop and/or Improve LDHsrelationships with cardiologists. Establish the need for andefficacy of companys DTx programme. Address any concerns thatcardiologists may have
- Ensure generation ofpatient leads and converting those leads into subscriptions of theprogramme from patients.
- Periodically reviewperformance of team members. Develop and deploy action plans toimprove performance.
- Build salience for thecompany amongst cardiologist and patient community in your region.

- 23 yearsexperience as RSM (preferred) or Sr. ASM in a pharma/ devices/ DTxco. with people management responsibilities. 10 years of overallexperience.
- Strong track record in the Cardiospace with personal connect with top interventional cardiologistsof the region.
- Strong understanding of theinterventional cardio landscape of the region/
- Strong problemsolving and ownership mindset.
- Articulate with the ability to persuade.Fluency in English and regional language is a must.
- Comfortable with technology iPad excel appsetc. Conviction in healthtech.
- Bachelorsdegree is a must. Science/ Engineering/ Pharmacy degree ispreferred.
