Job Overview


As a Manager Contract Manufacturing for Pharma at Success Vibrant, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract manufacturing activities for pharmaceutical products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is a full-time role offering ample growth opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in contract manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong business development skills
  • Knowledge of domestic marketing practices for pharmaceutical products
  • Understanding of P2P (Party to Party) transactions
  • Familiarity with sales and DCGI product knowledge
  • Experience in resolving commercial issues
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs
  • Understanding of legal and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the contract manufacturing operations for pharmaceutical products
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and efficient production
  • Monitor the quality and compliance of manufactured products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Manage budget and costs related to contract manufacturing
  • Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments
