Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of sales experience to take their career to the next level.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of field sales experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives
