The Purpose of This Role

We work in a fast-paced, high-exposure and high-volume organization We are responsible for processing monetary and non-monetary data into Fidelity recordkeeping systems. We work with business partners across the organization, to maintain a satisfactory level of processing for our clients with sophisticated systems. The processing includes transactions like withdrawals, loan, transfers, rollovers, Hardships, QDRO, Death benefit etc. and must enforce to the regulatory and legal norms of the company.

The Value You Deliver

Adherence to the non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality and the related issues to the Work Leader and\or Manager.

Research on the queries sent by the business partner’s or the client support teams and address those within SLA’s.

Supervising individual work queues, collaborating with other teams to ensure that all work items are resolved within specified time frames.

Monitoring and controlling money movement in and out of Fidelity. Including wire transfer, ACH, check receipts, stock transactions (buy\sell) as applicable.

Reconciling and audit processing of money movements. Performing reconciliation by using disc-recon, control reports and collaborate with FinOps (Financial Operations).

Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Technical / Behavioral

You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong attention to detail.

Flexible & Open to work in Shifts (Preferably in US hours)

Ability to takes initiatives and demonstrates creativity and innovation.

Ability to identify, analyze and control risk

Experience in US retirement plans is helpful.

Strict adherence to day-to-day responsibilities
