Talent Acquisition Supervisor
This role is responsible for design and execution of recruiting practices for Polaris India. The position will require collaboration across internal teams to “Define the Why” for Talent Attraction within the region. You’ll work side-by-side with HR partners, Recruiting Operations and Business Leaders to understand and validate talent demands and align hiring programs to support current and future talent needs.In addition to owning external talent attraction, this role will focus on building proactive pipelines that will help Polaris grow profitably. This dynamic position will provide people leadership experience while also executing daily recruitment tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
Establish standard recruitment operating procedures forthe country that anchor to Polaris’s global recruitment processes.
Institutionalize in countrytalent acquisition processes: From initial Scoping Call through sourcing; screening; and final talent selection.
Collaboratively partner with functional and business leaders to draw connections from the Polaris business strategy to our Talent Acquisition strategic focus areas.
Enable a team of recruitersby managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing their performance.
Establish and monitorkey performance metrics for the Bangalore office.
Implement and Promote Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to Experienced Recruiting
Design and Lead training for hiring leaders such as Interview Training, assessment training, etc.
Serve as a strategic advisor and executor for Executive Search needs within the region.
ManageExternal Agency Selection to support Talent Acquisition needs.
Partner closely with the Talent Operations team to ensure appropriate candidate experience practices are installed across Polaris.
Objectively track TA processes and mitigate obstacles and/or deploy countermeasures to keep requisitions moving forward to completion and successful hire.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, employment trends affecting the recruitment function and current employment.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership Team
Continuous Improvement andsolution focused leadership
Education, Experience & Skills needed to be successful:
7+ years of corporaterecruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a hands-on management role.
Experience with full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for process improvement and excellence.
Enjoys leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Highly skilled in effectively working with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
