Responsibilities:

  • Overseethe endtoend delivery of digital marketing campaigns for assignedclients ensuring projects are completed on time within budget andto the highest qualitystandards.
  • Plandelegate and deliver monthly marketing deliverables across customeraccounts and businessunits
  • Collaboratewith internal teams (e.g. SEO specialists content writers designersweb developers marketers) to develop and execute comprehensivedigital marketingplans.
  • Manageproject timelines budgets and resources effectively ensuring alldeliverables aremet.
  • Proactivelyidentify and mitigate risks and develop solutions to overcomechallenges.
  • Maintainclear and consistent communication with clients keeping themupdated on project progress andresults.
  • Trackand report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs(Key PerformanceIndicators).
  • Manageand mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaborationand continuouslearning.
  • Implementdelivery processes to ensure timely delivery of marketingprograms
  • Ensurequality of delivery is as per clientexpectations
  • Createcustomer onboardingpresentations
  • Createweekly monthly quarterly client reportingprocesses
  • Leadconversations with Clevelexecutives


Requirements
  • Minimum8 years of experience in delivery/ project management or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in managing digital marketing campaigns across variouschannels (SEO SEM social media content marketingetc.).
  • Strongunderstanding of digital marketing principles and bestpractices.
  • Excellentorganizational communication and time managementskills.
  • Abilityto prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously andmeetdeadlines.
  • Proficientin project managementtools
  • Datadrivenapproach with the ability to analyze campaign performance andtranslate insights into actionablerecommendations.
  • Ateam player with a positive and proactiveattitude.
  • Musthave experience working in a digital marketingagency.
  • Experiencewith agile project managementmethodologies.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
