Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as Front Office Operations - Music Academy. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in front office operations or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
  • Knowledge of music or experience in a music-related field is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about the music academy
  • Manage and maintain student records, including enrollment forms and attendance
  • Coordinate with music instructors to schedule lessons and resolve any scheduling conflicts
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the music academy
  • Handle complaints or concerns from students, parents, or staff members
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
