Responsibilities

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the following responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Task Management: Oversee the management of front desk tasks, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that high-quality service is delivered to guests, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on front desk performance, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
