Quiktrak is seeking an Admin/Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, oversee staff, and ensure a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to multiple software companies. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients from multiple companies in a professional and friendly manner. Manage shared front office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies for the communal space. Oversee housekeeping and security staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the shared workspace. Maintain daily attendance records for all employees, including housekeeping and security personnel. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Ensure all office equipment and facilities are functional, coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation across different teams. Plan and organize corporate events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building activities. Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service delivery. Maintain all physical records, ensuring they are accurately filed and easily accessible. Foster a collaborative atmosphere by facilitating communication among the different companies. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Educational qualification: B. Tech, degree, or any higher qualification. Proven experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a shared workspace or tech environment. Experience managing staff, vendor relationships, and supporting audits. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
