Description: Position Overview:

Weare seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our EnterpriseBusiness Support Operations Team supportingthe Marketing domain. This role offers an excitingopportunity for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environmentand enjoy deriving clarity from complexity using data andinsights.

Reporting to the Senior Managerthis role involves interaction with diverse stakeholders fromMarketing Marketing Technology Enterprise Engineering and MarketingProduct Management organizations. In this role you will helpresolve incidents build & monitor observability solutions helpenrich knowledge base articles manage a portfolio of marketingtools & their integrations and regularly share reports &analytics.

We are hybrid and remotefriendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningfulmeetings.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

Manage lead lists and CRMcampaigns ensuring compliance and accuracy of details.
Oversee the development of targeted invite lists for marketingtactics coordinating with other teams as needed.
Collaborate with teams outside of marketing such as our BusinessIntelligence / Data Analytics team to prepare advanced analyticsand insights.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate recurring reports and dashboards to provideinsights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketingROI.
Collaborate with marketing teams to answerquestions provide insights and develop actionablerecommendations.
Coach marketing executives on the useand interpretation of the results with a clear understanding ofmarketing operations reporting.
Understand systems andoperating model to identify data gaps and improvementareas.
Incident management:

Ensure world class operations of Marketing applications thatsupport critical business processes.
Provide subjectmatter expertise and technical support on the operations carry outservice requests as submitted by our stakeholders resolve processand/or system issues and provide education on EnterpriseApplication features.
Act as the primary liaison for allMarketingrelated inquiries and issues swiftly resolving incidenttickets to ensure operational continuity and usersatisfaction.
Be able to prioritize customer needs andpromptly escalate their issues.
Be able to align workhours to provide support in AMER and EMEA time zones.
Beinvolved in projects that implement new features or functionalitywith the goal to ensure post launch supportability.
Assist in the formulation of procedures and best practices forusers of applications. Required Skills andExperience:

Minimum 4 to 5 yearsof experience with Marketo and Salesforce with a strongunderstanding of Marketo tokens data structures smart campaigns andfilters.
Experience managing Marketing Technologyplatforms (such as Rainfocus 6Sense Marketo Salesforce ZoomInfoAllocadia Folloze Wistia Seismic etc.) to ensure automated leadflow and prompt execution across platforms.
Demonstratedexperience in marketing automation and inbound/outboundpractices.
Clear understanding of campaigns lead routingand data management between sales and marketing systems.
Proficiency in data management building data extensions/segmentsand preparing data for import/upload.
Ability to drawinsights from reporting and effectively communicateresults.
Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to manage multiple competingpriorities.
Working Knowledge of AWS.
Experience working in Python.
Passion for continuouslearning and improvement.
Adaptable and quicklearner.

The ideal candidate will becertified in Marketo or interested in becoming certified and have astrong understanding of API integrations between differentmarketing technologies.
