We are looking for an Analyst QualityAssurance who would be responsible for creating and executing TestPlans to ensure the proper functioning of software before itsrelease for User Acceptance Testing and prior to its release intothe production environment. The personworks closely with the Business Solutions Analysts SolutionDevelopers and Decision Architects to ensure that the correctfunctional and technical testing is conducted as per the businessrequirements. Further the person is also required to maintainmetrics necessary and the supporting documentation necessary forthe proper reporting of these metrics.

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES

State the primary responsibilities of the roleand the primary tasks for each function.

Develops and implements test plans workingclosely with software engineers and the businessrepresentatives.
Performs testing to execute testplans.
Creates and updates documentation andmetrics.
Reviews and improves QA process.

EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 years of work experience in software qualityassurance.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIESAND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Ability to write appropriate test plans and casesrelative to the function involved.
  • Ability tocommunicate with the business and development teams with goodwritten and verbal skills
  • Understanding ofrequirementsbased testing and the SDLC
  • Defectreporting and tracking
  • Attention todetails.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps/ VSTS/Jira
