  • Actas a central point of contact for customer supportrelatedactivities.
  • Coordinate support efforts toaddress customer issues and inquiries promptly andeffectively.
  • Collaborate with support teams toensure a high level of customersatisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and opencommunication channels between project teams support teams andother relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate withproject managers to ensure effective planning execution andcompletion of projects.
  • Facilitatecommunication and coordination among project and support teammembers to enhance productivity.
  • Documentproject and support processes ensuring that all relevantinformation is readily available to teammembers.
  • Identify and address any issues orchallenges that may arise during project execution or customersupportactivities.
DesiredcandidateProfile:
  • Proven 2 to4 years of experience in support and project coordinationrole.
  • Bachelors degree preferred in anyfield.
  • Good communication skills for effectivecollaboration and clientinteractions.
  • Problemsolving ability to addresschallenges during system implementation.
  • Teamcollaboration skills to work effectively withcolleagues.
  • Customer service orientation foraddressing customers needs and ensuringsatisfaction.
