Inthis role you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating bothproject and support activities ensuring seamless collaborationamong various teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate willpossess excellent communication skills and a keen understanding ofcustomer support dynamics. KeyResponsibilities:

Actas a central point of contact for customer supportrelatedactivities.Coordinate support efforts toaddress customer issues and inquiries promptly andeffectively.Collaborate with support teams toensure a high level of customersatisfaction.Maintain clear and opencommunication channels between project teams support teams andother relevant stakeholders.Collaborate withproject managers to ensure effective planning execution andcompletion of projects.Facilitatecommunication and coordination among project and support teammembers to enhance productivity.Documentproject and support processes ensuring that all relevantinformation is readily available to teammembers.Identify and address any issues orchallenges that may arise during project execution or customersupportactivities.DesiredcandidateProfile:

Proven 2 to4 years of experience in support and project coordinationrole.Bachelors degree preferred in anyfield.Good communication skills for effectivecollaboration and clientinteractions.Problemsolving ability to addresschallenges during system implementation.Teamcollaboration skills to work effectively withcolleagues.Customer service orientation foraddressing customers needs and ensuringsatisfaction.BenefitsOffered:
