Overview:
TheRelationship Manager Home Loans is responsible for establishing arobust local distribution network for home loans through variousdirect marketing activities and contact points. This role involvesbuilding relationships with various stakeholders including cementdealers building material suppliers planners engineers andborrowers to distribute affordable housingloans.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Achievehome loan disbursement goals by implementing a comprehensivebusiness plan.
  • Engagein prospecting networking and fieldbased marketingactivities.
  • Present and promote HomeLoans to prospective clients through physical interactions anddigital channels such as socialmedia.
  • Profile customers during eachinteraction to understand their needs and recommend suitable loanproducts.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with customers to generate referrals and ensuretimely servicing ofloans.
  • Coordinate with the creditteam to ensure timely disbursement ofloans.
  • Assist loan applicants inproviding necessary documents for loan assessment anddisbursement.
  • Stay informed aboutcurrent industry trends products services and underwritingguidelines.
  • Conduct fieldbasedactivities and marketing initiatives as instructed by the branchmanager to generate home loanleads.
  • Manage the complete lifecycleof a home loan from application and processing to servicing thecustomer throughout their tenure with theorganization.




Requirements

EssentialQualifications:

  • Mustbe a graduate from anystream.
  • Minimum of 12 months ofexperience in retailsales.
  • Experience in the BFSI(Banking Financial Services and Insurance) sector is an addedadvantage.
  • Good communication skillsare essential.
  • Must possess a TwoWheeler and a valid drivinglicense.

AdditionalCriteria:

  • Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships withdiverse stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivatedand goaloriented with a track record of meeting salestargets.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Proficiency in local languagesis aplus.


Minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales. Experience inthe BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is anadded advantage. Good communication skills are essential. Mustpossess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
